Although we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will wish to return some items. Please email us at shop@steve-edge.com to let us know and post the item back within 14 days of receipt to the address below where we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund.

Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit. Edge Design Ltd cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
All overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling. Edge Design Ltd cannot be held responsible for any fluctuation in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.
